🔒 Your Wallet, Your Ownership

We do not control your wallet or your funds.

When you create a DeRewardly account, a secure blockchain wallet is created for you through Circle's infrastructure. Here's how it works:

Your private keys are stored in HSMs (Hardware Security Modules) — bank-grade, tamper-proof hardware vaults managed by Circle.
DeRewardly never sees or stores your private keys. We cannot access, move, or freeze your tokens.
Your coupon tokens belong to you. They sit in your personal wallet address on the Arc blockchain. You can verify them anytime on the block explorer.
Transfers are on-chain. When you send a coupon to a friend, it's a real blockchain transaction — transparent and irreversible.
No single point of failure. Unlike traditional loyalty programs where the company controls your points, your DeRewardly rewards exist independently on the blockchain.

In simple terms: Think of it like a bank safe deposit box. Circle provides the vault (HSM), you own the contents (tokens), and DeRewardly is just the service that helps you use them. We can request transactions on your behalf, but we never hold the keys.

Yes, 100% free for both stores and customers. No subscription fees.

Do I need cryptocurrency to use DeRewardly?

No. Everything is handled behind the scenes. You just sign in with Google and use the app — no crypto knowledge needed.

Can DeRewardly access my wallet or tokens?

No. Your wallet keys are stored in Circle's HSMs (hardware security modules). DeRewardly never sees or stores private keys. We can only request transactions through the API.

What happens to coupons sent to someone without an account?

A wallet is pre-created for their email. When they sign up, their coupons are already waiting for them.
